While social media was once seen as part of the larger marketing ecosystem, it’s now its own discipline. With that distinction comes great responsibility: shaping the brand’s voice, defining a visual style guide, fostering a community of like-minded followers and influencers, and creating content that both inspires and educates. During my time at the following brands, I helped create evergreen and campaign content that strengthened both brand voice and increased community engagement.
Worked on Parachute’s Brand Marketing team writing social copy, designing and deploying Instagram stories and IGTV videos. Repurposed blog content into educational posts to compliment inspirational user generated content.
